  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds

Method
 

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, top with blueberries and sweetener if desired.
