Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Diced Bell Peppers
  • 1 tbsp Diced Onion
  • 2 shakes Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk egg in a bowl, add diced peppers and onion.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. Cool slightly before serving.
